rate. (Confirmed bookings will not be subject to price

- Pool heating is available at an additional £90 / $155 per
week. Please let us know at the time of booking if this is
required.

- For bookings of less than one week please add a cleaning
charge of £60 / $100.

- Discounts are available for long lets at owner's discretion.

- Price includes all local taxes (Sales Tax and Tourist Tax).

- Extras such as cots, highchairs and barbecues are available on
request.

- A provisional booking may be held for seven days
pending receipt of a completed booking form and payment of a
deposit.
